Multi-layered silkscreen print of a black cat in amongst some yellow poppies.
These are layered up in-situ in the print studio, without too much prior planning; seeing what happens and how the coloured inks and image elements interact in the moment. They're short runs, ranging from one-offs to editions of 5.
Those delicate black paws were made for padding through poppies :)
This cat has been hand screen printed with water based inks in an edition of just 3, signed and numbered, on heavyweight paper. Size 8x10" (203 x 254mm approx) with the image being approx 105mm x 148mm.
