Leopold Bench zine

£6.50

A little folded zine about the Leopold Bench - a bench designed by Aldo Leopold, an American conservationist and ecologist and writer from the early 1900s. He made lots of the benches out of scrap wood and positioned them around their farm for observing wildlife. By design, you can sit on it either way; back against the back rest (as per tradition) or, turned around with your legs through the gap, with the back becoming a perfect elbow rest for holding your binoculars up to your eyes :)
If you fold the zine out there's step-by-step instructions on how to build your own bench, inspired by the Leopold design.

Riso printed in green and red (soy based inks) on 120gsm cartridge paper.
It's A3 size, folded down to A6 (pocket) size and will be posted flat with support to stop bending.
