A three colour silkscreen print of a Moorhen, wading through some grasses in the shallows on her big strong feet showing us her lovely yellow and red beak :) I love Moorhens. Their beaks made them easy to pick out and remember when I was a child, so they were nearly always one of the five birds on Pen Ponds we'd name in order to get Dad to buy us an ice cream :)
This Moorhen is hand screenprinted in three colours on Southbank paper in an edition of 36, paper size; 25x35cm approx, image size; 13x26cm approx
